お餅

I have made a rice cake as today's breakfast,using my breadmaker I had brought from Japan. It is long time before I had made the rice cake last time in Japan,so my husband and daughter was so pleased with it!

My daughter is prefer isobe-mochi(rice cake with soysause and seaweed) to kinako-mochi(rice cake with roasted soy bean flour and some sugar). She ate a lot of isobe-mochies. Finally her tummy became like a mountain because she ate a lot! 日本から持ってきたホームベーカリーが初登場! これでタイ産のもち米を使って餅を作りました。 作ったのはきな粉餅といそべ餅。 いそべ餅の売れ行きが半端なく、私だけがせっせときな粉餅を食べました(笑) でもきな粉もいいけれど、断然私は小豆で食べたい。 というか、小豆の上にきな粉を乗せて食べたい。 NZ産の小豆ってないものだろうか…と思いながら、でもやっぱりきな粉餅も美味しかったので、ありがたくたくさん頂きました(笑) また作る予定です!
