I found this sushi restaurant in central of Auckland. I felt a little bit strange because sumo wrestler usually eats chanko-nabe(vegetable and meat stew hot pot), not sushi. I also thought "sumo-zushi" (not "sumo-sushi")is more natural.
But sumo and sushi are very popular overseas, so I can understand why this owner wanted to use these words. 力士は寿司ではなく、ちゃんこ鍋を食べるんじゃないかなぁ…と思った昼下がりでした。
